Toast is headed up by Lester Holcombe who has 14 years experience in delivering large scale live events for broadcasters and clients. In more recent years Lester and Toast have created, developed and produced many of their own shows for TV at large venues and stadia. Lester trained as a Psychologist before embarking on a career in live event entertainment and started as an events producer for corporate clients and then moving onto live TV production and music tours and festivals.

Lester is chiefly supported by Ciaran Kennedy and Paul Reaney, Ciaran heads up a lot of the operational aspects of the music and football events and project manages various Toast produced shows. Paul is Toast’s PR, media and Press manager and has over 20 years experience in the field as well as turning his presenting skills to various TV and radio shows.
